Layer/Code Translation

This option allows layer names and codes to be converted when writing an output DXF file.
The user can specify a file which contains the Layer/Code Translation table, usually *.MST

The format of this file is as follows.
Each line contains the definition for one layer/code.

A code definition can allow for a set of codes, say kerbs are coded as KB01 for the first kerb line and KB02 for the second kerb line, the program can accept a code definition of KB** where the program will accept a number 01,02,..99 in the ** fields.
